*sigh* Last night, may 2nd, was my Senior Year 2009 Prom. Boy it was amazing too.

Hair-Do
I started at 11:00 going to get my hair worked on. I had it colored and highlighted, like normal. Then washed and moisturized. Instead of going crazy with poofy naturally curly hair, we let it settle down with soft wavy curls. Then it was given an in between up / down do. My bangs were pulled to one side and sharply pointing down around my face and we had curly cues of my hair drapping down. Then I had a green flower with green feathers put in the not of hair atop my head....WOW It was lovely!!

Jewelry
This was an unbelievable honor to wear the jewelry that I did. (I promise you I am NOT bragging. This was an honor for me, I just want to share the experience)
My necklace was immaculant!!! There is only 1 in the entire world.... .... and I was offered to wear it. The neclace came from Africa and is genuine wood amber everything from the big oval plot of it to the tiny little beads that encrusted the strings, all amber. It completely circled my neck and it as beautiful!!!! The earrings were not too long but had two diamonds and a gold stone dangling. Matching that was a beautiful lemon ring, a big yellow stone encircled by diamonds and then a dark gold bracelet!!! It was beautifulstuff.

Dress
The dress I adorned was the Mermaid dress. It was strapless, and the colors changed from lime green to yellow then back to green and on to light blue green. The top and middle was pulled to look like it was drapped and had gold and green dust on it!!! Stunning, and Thank god it took some pounds off of me...nothing can beat a thinner looking figure,
The shoes...lol, &14.00 lime green flatts from Wal-Mart, Cant beat that anyday!!

My mommy had my pictures prof. taken, and I think they will turn out great!!!! It was so much fun to do them once I chilled out.
We took a few where I had an elegant dress, then hiked up the skirt and VOILA!!! COWBOY BOOTS!!!! and it was just too cute. They should be posted on the photographers websites soon... ... ...

I had a blast though. My little group of friends ate before hand at Dairy Queen, indulged on Blizzards and then tore the place apart with our hooting laughter from just being us. Then we took some group photos which was great!!! and then on to Prom, where we danced out hearts out for 4 hours. Boy we were hot and tired after it was over!!! OH and the BEST PART.....

We reved the engine as we came in and everyone looked and for once, it was nice to get those snobby kids to see that even the ones who get stepped on and ran over and Looked over, can and will make an entrance and make there jaw drop.
And I dont mean to sound mean or inconsiderate at all, no way! But I have had it with people treating me like crap at school when I DO make the grades and do have a job and do have a family and IS NICE TO People, i will not stay down for long. But I will go in monday and be my normal laughing crazy self and enjoy my friends and heck with the other people, lol. it was fun to be different for once.

Well, that was prom....now, give me 4 days and i will tell you my next BIG THING!!!!
